Baptism
Baptism is more than a ceremony; it is a sacred rite of initiation into the Christian life. In baptism, we are welcomed into the family of God, cleansed from original sin, and embark on our spiritual journey in faith. It marks the beginning of our lifelong relationship with Christ, welcoming us as members of His Church.

- Documentation: Bring the child’s birth certificate or hospital birth document for registration.
- Godparents: Choose godparents who are at least 16 years old, fully initiated into the Catholic Church, and living a life in harmony with the faith.
- Preparation Class: Parents and godparents must attend a preparatory class. Certificates from classes attended within the last year are valid.
- Scheduling: Contact the Parish Office to schedule the baptism. Private baptisms are subject to the availability of our priests.
HOW DO I GET BAPTIZED AS AN ADULT?
Adults seeking baptism are warmly invited to join our faith journey. The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is a path of discovery, faith, and community. Through RCIA, adults prepare to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation. Our program focuses on:
- Full initiation into the Catholic Church
- Deepening understanding of what it means to be a Catholic adult
- Active participation in our faith community
- Living out the Gospel through service and charity
