Welcome · Registration

Your parish needs you.

Whether you’re new to Pico Rivera or have worshiped here for years, registering with the parish is a meaningful step — and a simple one.

Why Register?

Be Part of the Community

Registering expresses your commitment to our Catholic faith community. It also shapes real decisions — from the number of priests assigned to our parish to the planning of Masses and programs.

Personalized Communication

Registration lets our pastor and staff know you and stay in touch. Receive offering envelopes if you wish — helpful for year-end tax statements (or opt out, just tell us).

Pastoral Care

Baptisms, anointing of the sick, funerals — registration connects your family to the parish’s pastoral services when you need them most.

Marriage Preparation

Registration is a prerequisite for celebrating a Catholic wedding in our parish.

What We Ask of Parish Members

As Catholics we embrace certain practices: worship at Sunday Mass and Holy Days · the sacraments — Reconciliation annually and Holy Communion in the Easter season · Lenten observance of fasting and abstinence · support of the Church through financial gifts or active service. See the “Precepts of the Church,” Catechism #2042–43.
Young adults: children registered with their parents become independent members at 18 — we encourage young adults to register in their own name. Note: at least one family member (usually a parent) must be Catholic for family registration.
