4. If the candidate also needs First Eucharist, the tuition amount is $200.00 and must be paid in full.

For Children/Teens:

The St. Mariana Faith Formation Ministry is dedicated to equipping youth aged 7-13 and high school teens aged 14-17 to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. We offer classes for all youth seeking to make their First Communion and for teens desiring to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Our RCIA program for youth is designed for children who have not been baptized and wish to be fully initiated into the Catholic Church.

We also aim to support parents in the spiritual development of their children, enabling all of our Parish families to:

• Grow in their relationship with God.
• Live as disciples of Jesus at home, at work, in the community, and in the world.
• Develop an understanding of the Bible and their faith traditions.
• Deepen their spiritual life and practices.
• Engage in service and mission to the world.
• Participate in the life and ministries of our faith community.

For Adults:

The Office of Adult Formation is here to assist adult members of Saint Mariana de Paredes Parish as they embark on their faith journey. We provide opportunities for sacramental preparation, spiritual growth, access to informational and educational resources, training, and networking opportunities with fellow adults engaged in religious education. Our office’s mission is to empower adults within the parish to:

• Receive Full Initiation into the Catholic Church through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).
• Complete the Sacraments of the Catholic Church (Eucharist & Confirmation).
• Understand clearly what it means to be an adult Catholic.
• Become fully active members of our faith community.
• Center their lives in the proclamation of the Gospel.
• Celebrate liturgies meaningfully.
• Witness to their beliefs through acts of charity and service.
