Youth Faith Formation Programs
The Youth Faith Formation Programs at Saint Mariana de Paredes Parish are dedicated to equipping young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Through the sacraments, instruction, and formation of conscience, we foster spiritual growth in the Catholic Faith for children, teens, and their families.
Our programs serve youth aged 7–13 and high school teens aged 14–17, offering preparation for First Communion, the Sacrament of Confirmation, and full initiation through OCIA for Youth (formerly RCIA) for children who have not yet been baptized.
We also aim to support parents in the spiritual development of their children, enabling all of our parish families to:
- Grow in their relationship with God.
- Live as disciples of Jesus at home, in school, in the community, and in the world.
- Develop an understanding of the Bible and their faith traditions.
- Deepen their spiritual life and practices.
- Engage in service and mission to the world.
- Participate in the life and ministries of our faith community.
